SEATON PLACE HAS PROVIDED LOAN FINANCE TO A LEADING UK BUILD-TO-RENT (BTR) DEVELOPER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 300 RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN A FULLY AMENITISED SCHEME IN LONDON.
Seaton Place originated, structured and managed the transaction, issuing secured Loan Notes via our Luxembourg finance issuer, S.P Finance Sárl, with participation from a group of HNW and Family Office clients attracted by the fixed quarterly coupon and some innovative risk mitigation features.
