Giles has over twenty-five years of experience in financial markets and real estate investment. His expertise spans investment banking, sell-side fixed-income sales and trading, alternative investment fund structuring, capital raising and property investment, structuring and financing.
Giles co-founded Brook Street Partners Ltd in London and Jersey in 2003, raising over $2 billion in investment capital for alternative investment funds.
Currently, Giles serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of several Jersey-regulated investment funds. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years as a Director of fixed income and derivatives sales and trading at Société Générale, Credit Lyonnais and BNP Paribas in London and Paris.

STEVE HERBERT | DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Steve Herbert is the owner and Managing Director of Invescap Partners, a Jersey-based Peer-to-Peer lending business. Between 2013 and 2021, Invescap arranged loans that funded the acquisition of approximately 65 properties in the UK, Channel Islands and Canada.
Before this venture, Steve spent over 25 years in banking in both the UK and Jersey. He held senior roles in credit, private banking, syndicated lending and corporate banking. This included a senior position at HSBC’s specialist real estate lending team, where his clients included national housebuilders and large construction companies.

JON CARTER | PROPERTY ADVISOR
Jon has over 30 years of commercial property experience across the Channel Islands. Before the formation of Carter Property Consultancy in 2021, he served as the Managing Director of CBRE Jersey for 26 years.
He began his commercial property career with Healey & Baker. Jon's extensive experience includes major transactions in the retail, office and leisure sectors. His expertise also encompasses investment sales and acquisitions for national and international clients across multiple sectors in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
