SEATON PLACE HAS BECOME A SIGNATORY TO THE UNITED NATIONS PRINCIPLES FOR RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT (UNPRI.ORG) AND ONE OF THE FIRST JERSEY-BASED PROPERTY INVESTMENT ADVISORS TO BECOME A SIGNATORY TO UN PRI.
As a signatory, we undertake to abide by The Six Principles for Responsible Investment - a voluntary and aspirational set of investment principles that incorporate ESG practice into their investment process and decision-making.
The Principles were developed by investors, for investors. In implementing them, signatories contribute to developing a more sustainable global financial system.
